This comic actually started with me trying to find a real background but sort of evolved before I got to that point, and I think it's better than whatever crap I would have found. All I know is, it makes me laugh.
In other news, happy (late) new year. I spent it not doing anything, and that's fine by me. They say (the aliens from the past, that is) that how you spend your new year's eve is how you'll spend all year, so hopefully I can spend all year doing nothing. Except this of course. Yes.

This strip is a kind of random landmark for the comic. Most of the strips after this one just seem to get funnier and funnier. Maybe not to anyone else, but I know I certainly find them funnier.
Another thing that just occured to me is that, every time I make a website, I always make the box I type the news into about half the width of the actual page the news appears on. This is kind of misleading me into thinking I've typed more than I actually have. Oh well.
